When something goes wrong on a ride or a delivery, you are the person who makes it right. You will shape how thousands of Jamaicans experience the platform every day.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer and partner enquiries across chat, phone and email
- Resolve trip, delivery and payment issues end to end
- Escalate platform bugs with clear, reproducible detail
- Spot recurring problems and feed them back to the product team
- Keep help-centre articles accurate as the platform grows
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Calm, empathetic problem solving under pressure
- Comfortable working shifts, including some weekends
- Prior customer support experience is an advantage, not a requirement
